In accordance with law no. 196/03 and subsequent modifications, we inform you that personal and/or company data acquired by Gruppo Manni Hp Spa and by the companies connected to it will be used exclusively by our company according to our needs.
Gruppo Manni Hp SpA guarantees maximum discretion in its handling of personal data and the option of requesting free deletion (or correction) of data saved in its archive. The interested person and/or company has the option of exercising all the rights protected by article 7, in particular the right to access their personal/company data, to ask for their deletion, correction, update if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law, and to challenge their handling for legitimate reasons, by sending requests to the appropriate contact.
The owner of the data processing is Gruppo Manni Hp SpA, represented by the Managing Director, Dr Enrico Frizzera; the following people were nominated personal data managers: Mr Stefano Busellato for IT; Ms Katia Filippozzi for HR; Ms Roberta Zanolli for administration, all resident for this duty at the Company’s headquarters at via Augusto Righi 7, Verona, Italy.
